Frequently Asked Questions

Does this grant include other marketing services?

This grant includes website design and development only. Ongoing marketing services (SEO campaigns, content creation, social media management, etc.) are not included.

We will do a good bit of copywriting and copy editing, but we will rely on you to provide raw content (either through existing materials, notes in a Word/Google document, or through conversation).

Photos can often make or break a website. This grant does not include a photoshoot. If you don’t have some decent photography, we can definitely work to coordinate a shoot, but it will likely mean some costs.

This grant covers all costs associated with a basic website. Unique features or technical requirements could incur costs. We do ask that you commit to at least six months of a service plan (hosting, maintenance, and support – you can expect to pay around $125/mo). After those six months, you can continue or we can hand things off to you. This is mainly to ensure the site remains secure, up-to-date, and actively working for your organization from day one.

This includes Orleans Parish, St. Bernard Parish, Jefferson Parish, Saint Charles Parish, and St. Tammany Parish. If you’re located outside these areas, but are active within this area, we’ll certainly make an exception.
